Il progetto LEMOR  ha lo scopo di individuare nuovi approcci interculturali e opportunità di scambio e condivisione di buone pratiche  per fronteggiare la povertà e l’esclusione sociale negli stati dell’Unione Europea, problemi tra i più rilevanti nell’Agenda Europea.
A tal fine, le istituzioni di sei paesi europei, operanti  in questi settori, hanno dato vita a un partenariato per discutere e proporre interventi diversificati guidati da  un’ottica comune. Inoltre, è  generalmente riconosciuto che sono le istituzioni, sia esse ONG che pubbliche, che  devono trovare  soluzioni percorribili per  gestire  povertà ed esclusione sociale in Europa.
Nonostante le origini di questi problemi siano  differenti nei gli paesi partecipanti, le soluzioni e le pratiche adottate,  sovente non conosciute dagli altri, possono essere condivise.
Avendo come quadro di riferimento quanto sopra, le istituzioni partner ed i loro responsabili saranno i “learners” del progetto, ed  avranno modo di aggiornare le proprie competenze  in occasione delle visite programmate in ogni paese partecipante.

LEMOR project is meant to find new cross-cultural ways and the sharing of good practices on poverty and social exclusion in EU States, because these
problems are among the most relevant on the EU agenda.
Therefore, organizations from six countries acting in the area of social exclusion and poverty have created a partnership in such a way to represent a multiplayer action.
In addition, it is generally accepted that the institutions, either NGO or official, have to see and find solutions to the problems regarding social exclusion and poverty.
The origins of social exclusion problems may be different in the participating countries, but in each country there are many local solutions and good practices, which are unknown to other partners/countries and could be shared.
Considering the above, the partner institutions and their managers will be the project “learners” and will develop a strategy. During the implementation, all the partner countries will be visited and the problems, solutions, good practices and possible new strategies will be studied.
