LEMOR GRUNDTVIG LEARNING PARTNERSHIP PROJECT

(LEARNING MANAGERS LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS FOR MANAGING SOCIAL EXCLUSION AND POVERTY)

At the meeting in Dortmund on the 3rd^th-4th^t July 3013 all the partners took part: Italy, Malta, United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey, Germany. The following points have been discussed and decisions taken:

1. RESULTS AND OUTCOMES (REVISED)

1.	LEMOR Skydrive forum	now	Each partner doing his country forum	LEMOR Skydrive forum will be organized according to countries. Exception: common project documents
2.	Working plan	After the Agency’s reply	TURKEY	Turkish partner has reported the changes in working plan to his National Agency. As soon as he receives the Agency’s reply, Turkish partner will send the then valid working plan to all partners.
3.	Country reports, by each partner containing good practices and general view about social exclusion and poverty in each country.	3 weeks after each mobility	EACH HOSTING COUNTRY UK will send missing part, Italy will put its two parts together	The country reports have to be prepared after every meeting. Structure: 1. General conditions about social exclusion and poverty of the hosting region 2. best practices in detail.
4.	General Project Report, including good practices and general view on the basis of country reports FINAL REPORT form	May, June 2014	ITALY realized in cooperation with all the project partners. TURKEY Coordinator	The general conditions, the different approaches of every country, and the best practises will be part of the final report. The last point of the final report will be the collaboration between the associations and the collaboration between the associations and the institutions.
5.	Project section on the partners' websites, containing all project material and activities	Ongoing	ALL PARTNERS	Each partner is responsible and has to check his own website
6.	Multilingual Glossary of Social Exclusion and Poverty	intermediate result at Poland meeting	UK provides first step TURKEY will put it into e-glossary.	Not just word translation, but the concept each term: for example what does “social exclusion” mean in each country. UK will start it. Core language is English, each partner will translate into his own language.
7.	Project e-booklet	intermediate result at Poland meeting	GERMANY realized in cooperation with all the project partners	Website on the basis of country reports.
8.	A training course for stakeholders, decision makers...		DUTCH partner	cancelled.
9.	Study visit on the issue of Managing Social Exclusion and Poverty	after the end of LEMOR in 2014	UK- ENGLAND	As outcome of LEMOR, UK partner will organize study visit in the framework of the new “Erasmus for all” t, all partners can take part.
10.	A documentary project film with multilingual subtitles	intermediate result at Malta meeting	POLAND , MALTA , UK in the cooperation with the other project partners	Partners contribute short parts, POLAND and MALTA will edit a 20 minutes film.
11.	A set of guidelines for policies		CYORIOT partner	CANCELLED
12.	General Results/Evaluation Questionnaire how to learn and manage social exclusion	After each mobility	ALL PARTNERS	The English partner will give a form so that each country will use the same model

The dates of mobilities are decided as the following table according to the availabilities and programmes of the partners. There has been a change of date for the meeting in Poland

GENERAL RESULTS and BEST PRACTICE in DORTMUND

The visits were focussing on the issue of employment projects for long term unemployed people and people with difficulties, such as alcohol or drug addiction.
Another issue was the integration of immigrants.
According to all partners, the projects “Sozialkaufhaus” (Social Department Store) and Haus der Vielfalt (House of Immigrant communities) and associated projects like Stadtteilmütter (District mothers) have been chosen as the best practices.
