LEMOR GRUNDTVIG LEARNING PARTNERSHIP PROJECT

(LEARNING MANAGERS LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS FOR MANAGING SOCIAL EXCLUSION AND POVERTY)

At the meeting in Malta on the 15th-16th January 2014 all the partners took part: Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey, Malta.

During this project meeting the consortium visited a number of organizations:

-Richmond Foundation
-YMCA
-Suret il-Bniedem

The following points were discussed and decisions taken:

1.	Final meeting		20-21-22 May 2014		TURKEY in cooperation with other partners		Final meeting will be held in Turkey. Turkish partner will organize press conference, where project result - movie will be shown. Each partner will make a presentation regarding situation in their countries. All presentations should be sent in advance to Turkey. Each partner has to confirm the availability to attend project meeting in Turkey during 3 days.
2.	Country report		3 weeks after each mobility		EACH HOSTING COUNTRY		Malta and UK have to submit project reports
3.		Project e-booklet		Germany		Germany has changed the website of the project: www.lemorproject.eu

4.	Multilingual Glossary of Social Exclusion and Poverty		done		TURKEY		Turkey has received the translation of glossary from each partner. Turkey is finalizing multilingual glossary.
5.		Europass		Each partner		Each partner who needs Europass will create it for participants.
6.		A documentary project film with multilingual subtitles		Malta, Poland, UK in cooperation with other partners		Films from Italy, Germany, Poland were uploaded to skydrive. UK and Turkey have to upload movies to Skydrive. Malta will put all parts of the movie together. After the movie will be finalized, each partner will translate ii and subtitles in partners languages will be added to the movie.
7.	Skydrive		Malta meeting		TURKEY		Maltese partner had problems with skydrive account. All problems were solved during meeting on Malta.
